1. Squats with resistance bands.

Works on the leg and gluteal muscles.

Place the band around your thighs. Separate your feet shoulder-width apart and squat down, keeping your back straight.

Perform 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

2. Side lunges

Strengthens leg muscles and improves stability.

With the band around your thighs, step sideways and lower your body. Alternate between each leg.

Perform 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

3. Hip raises

Tones the glutes and strengthens the core.

Lying on your back with the band around your thighs, raise your hips while squeezing your glutes.

Perform 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

4. Band chest press

Develop strength in the chest and shoulders.

Hold the band behind you and push forward.

Perform 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

5. Biceps curl with band

Strengthens the biceps and improves arm strength.

Step on the band with both feet and pull up, keeping your elbows close to your body.

Perform 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
