You can exchange or return products purchased on the Murtra Sport website within a period of 14 calendar days from the day the order is received.

Returns

In the event that the user is not satisfied with the product received, they may make a free exchange within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

If the product is damaged or does not match the purchase reference, the user will have the right to return it within 14 days and to a refund of the full amount of the order (shipping costs included). To do so, the customer must duly justify and through photographs the damage that the product presents and send it with its original packaging so that Industrias Murtra can proceed with its quality control and subsequent reimbursement of the amount. Said refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise.

Right of Withdrawal

The user may withdraw from their purchase without giving any justification within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. At Industrias Murtra we will provide the necessary information for the correct return of the order and we will proceed to refund the amount of the order (with the exception of shipping costs if any) as soon as the receipt and subsequent verification of the returned products is certified.

The products must be in the same condition in which they were received, unopened and with the original packaging. No refund will be made if the product shows signs of use or is not in the same condition in which it was delivered.
