Does my product have a warranty?

Your Murtra Sport products are guaranteed for one year.

To benefit from our warranty, please contact us through our contact form or by sending an email to hello@murtrasport.com, tell us what problem you have found in your product and we will consider an exchange or refund.

What payment methods can be used on the website?

Payment is made in the last step of the purchase process. In this step you can choose which payment method you want to use:

1. Credit or debit card Visa®, Mastercard® as well as 4B debit card or 4B Maestro and American Express.
2. Paypal System


After you have entered your bank details, click on the ‘finalise order’ button. The payment will be handled through an encrypted system and under strict banking rules.

When the payment is accepted, the user will receive an email with the confirmation and the details of the purchase.

If you have any problems with the payment process of your order, please contact us by sending an email to hello@murtrasport.com and we will contact you.

Can I cancel an order?

If you have made a mistake in any step of the order or simply want to cancel the purchase of your product, please contact us as soon as possible. At Murtra Sport we process orders within a maximum of 24 hours (except weekends and holidays), so if your product has not left our facilities there will be no problem in cancelling or modifying your order, but if your order has already been dispatched, we can cancel it and we will refund the amount of the product, but not the shipping costs.

Send an email to hello@murtrasport.com with the word CANCELLATION in the subject line. We will contact you to finalise the process.

How much does shipping cost?

The usual delivery time will be 2 working days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email for domestic orders and 12 calendar days for international shipments.

Shipping Spain and Portugal (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

24 hour GLS shipping to Balearic Islands - 12,50€ (with a maximum of up to 5kg).

International shipments

Order preparation time: 3/4 working days.

We do not ship to UK, Cyprus, Malta, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City and Liechtenstein.

GLS 72 hour delivery - £11.00

GLS 72 hour delivery to Sweden and Ireland - £29.2

Shipping costs are free for orders over £25.00 for mainland Spain and £100.00 for Balearic Islands and international orders (except Sweden and Ireland).

Any change of address once the order has been dispatched will incur a surcharge equivalent to the cost of the delivery. Can I change the address once the order has been placed?

If, once you have placed your order, you detect any error in the postal information you have provided, you should contact Murtra Sport at hello@murtrasport.com so that we can resolve the incident as quickly as possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Si el producto que has comprado se encuentra en stock, procederemos a su preparación en un máximo de 24 horas a partir de la recepción de tu pedido. Esta previsión sólo es válida para todos aquellos pedidos cuyo pago se haya confirmado.

Si has realizado tu pedido en fin de semana o festivo, lo prepararemos y enviaremos el próximo día laborable.

Una vez expedido tu pedido, dependerá de la zona en la que te encuentres:

Envíos España y Portugal (exceptuando Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla)

Tiempo de preparación del pedido: 24 horas.

Envío GLS 24/48  horas

 

Envíos Internacionales

Tiempo de preparación del pedido: 24 horas (exceptuando fines de semana y festividades)

No se realizan envíos a Reino Unido, Chipre, Malta, Suiza, Noruega, Andorra, San Marino, Ciudad del Vaticano y Liechtenstein.

Podrás realizar el seguimiento de tu pedido a través del enlace que te enviaremos en cuanto tu producto salga de las instalaciones de Industrias Murtra.

Does Murtra Sport ship to other countries?

Yes, Murtra Sport ships to all of Europe except:

Spain: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Rest of Europe: United Kingdom, Cyprus, Malta, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City and Liechtenstein.

How can I return or exchange a product?

If the product received does not meet your needs, you can exchange it or request a refund within 14 days of receipt of the package.

If the product is damaged or does not match the purchase reference, the user will have the right to return it within 14 days and be refunded the full amount of the order (including delivery costs). This refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.

How long does a refund take?

As soon as your order arrives at our facilities and we can certify that the product shows no signs of use, is accompanied by its labels and its original packaging, we will contact you to inform you that we will proceed to refund the amount of your order, except for the shipping costs, and you will receive the refund in your account within 14 days from the receipt of our communication.

How can I apply my discount?

On the checkout page, during the checkout process, you will find a small text box with the text ‘Promotional code’. When you enter your code and click on ‘apply’, the amount of your order will be automatically modified (excluding shipping costs). If you have any problems with the application of a discount, please send an email to hello@murtrasport.com and we will contact you.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package leaves Murtra Sport's facilities, we will send you an email to let you know that your order is on its way and that you will receive it within the established deadline, and you will find a link in the same email to track your package in more detail.
