Your MURTRA Sport products have a one-year guarantee.

In order to benefit from our guarantee, contact us through our contact form or by sending an email to pedidos@murtrasport.com, tell us what problem you have encountered with your product and we will evaluate its exchange or refund.

Payment is made in the last step of the purchase process. In this step you can choose which payment method you want to use:

Visa®, Mastercard® credit or debit card as well as 4B or 4B Maestro and American Express debit card.

PayPal system

After entering your bank details, click on the "finish order" button. The payment will be managed through an encrypted system and under strict banking regulations.

When the payment is accepted, the user will receive an email with the confirmation and details of the purchase.

If you have any problems with the payment process of your order, please contact us by sending an email to orders@murtrasport.com and we will contact you.

If you have made a mistake in any step of the order or simply want to cancel the purchase of your product, contact us as soon as possible. At MURTRA Sport we process orders in a maximum of 4 business days, so if your product has not left our facilities there will be no problem canceling or modifying your order.

On the contrary, if your order has already been shipped, we can cancel it and we will refund the amount of the product, but not the shipping costs.

Do you want to cancel your order? Send an email to ordenes@murtrasport.com with the word CANCELLATION in the subject. We will contact you to finalize the process.

If the product received does not meet your needs, you can make a change or request a refund within 14 days of receiving the package.

Get in touch with us through our contact form or by sending an email to pedidos@murtrasport.com to let us know what the problem is.

If you want a change of size or product, we will schedule the collection at the postal address you indicate and we will schedule the shipment of your new product, following the usual preparation and delivery times.

If what you prefer is a return and reimbursement of the amount of the product, the staff of our parcel company will collect your order and as soon as we receive it and confirm that the product shows no signs of use, we will proceed to refund your order, except for the Shipping costs.

If the product shows any damage or does not match the purchase reference, you can make a return within 14 days and we will proceed to refund the full amount of the order (shipping costs included). To do this, you must duly justify and by means of photographs, the damage that the product presents and send it with its original packaging so that MURTRA SPORT proceeds to its quality control and the subsequent reimbursement of its amount.

We recommend that before you get rid of the packaging, you make sure that the product meets your needs.

As soon as your order arrives at our facilities and we can certify that the product shows no signs of use, is accompanied by its labels and original packaging, we will contact you to inform you that we will proceed to refund the amount of your order, except for the Shipping costs.

You will receive the refund in your account within 14 days of receiving our communication.

On the payment page, during the purchase process, you will find a small text box in which the text "Promotional code" appears.

When you enter your code and press "apply", the amount of your order will be automatically modified (shipping costs are excluded).

If you have any problems with the application of a discount, send an email to orders@murtrasport.com and we will contact you.

Las Tarjetas regalo o Gift Cards de Murtra Sport solo pueden canjearse a través de la web murtrasport.com.

Se pueden utilizar las Tarjetas regalo para pagar el valor íntegro o parte del valor del artículo u artículos seleccionados. Si tu compra online no está totalmente cubierta por la Tarjeta regalo puedes utilizar un método de pago adicional para completar la compra.

International deliveries

Order preparation time: 3/4 business days.

No shipments are made to the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Malta, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City and Liechtenstein.

GLS shipping 72 hours to Sweden and Ireland – €29.2

Shipping costs will be free when the purchase exceeds €xx in national peninsular orders and €xx to the Balearic Islands and international orders (except Sweden and Ireland)

Any change of address once the order has been dispatched will entail a surcharge equivalent to the cost of the shipment.

You will be able to track your order through the link that we will send you as soon as your product leaves the MURTRA SPORT facilities / through the link that the logistics company in charge of the shipment will send.

If, once the order has been placed, you detect any error in the postal information that you have provided us, you must contact MURTRA Sport via email pedidos@murtrasport.com so that we can solve the incident as quickly as possible.

Any change of address once the order has been dispatched will entail a surcharge equivalent to the cost of the shipment.

If the product you have purchased is in stock, we will prepare it within a maximum of 4 days from receipt of your order. This forecast is only valid for all those orders whose payment has been confirmed.

If you have placed your order on a weekend or holiday, we will prepare and ship the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will depend on the area in which you are located:

Yes. MURTRA Sport ships throughout Europe except:

Spain: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Rest of Europe : United Kingdom, Cyprus, Malta, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City and Liechtenstein.

As soon as your package leaves the MURTRA Sport facilities, we will send you an email to inform you that your order is already on its way and you will receive it within the established period.

In that same email, you will find a link with which you can track your package in more detail.
