8. Purchase Process
Users who wish to purchase Murtra Sport products through the Website must be of legal age.
To purchase one of the Murtra Sport products, the user must browse the Website using the menu and categories and choose the product or products they want. They will then simply have to click on the “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” button to add the product to their basket.
On each product page, the user will find a detailed description of the product: price, materials, applications, dimensions and maintenance instructions. All technical data published are approximate and subject to possible changes without notice.
Once the user has added their first product to the basket, they can continue browsing the Website and adding more products to their shopping cart.
Once in the shopping cart, the user must click “Finalize purchase” and fill in personal details, shipping address and choose the payment method. In this step, the customer can add the necessary information that Industrias Murtra must know so that their order is processed without problems.
Finally, before finalizing the purchase, the user must carefully read and subsequently accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Industrias Murtra, by clicking on "I have read and accept the Conditions of Sale", "I have read and accept the Privacy Policy".
Once the payment process has been completed, the user will receive an email confirming the order, which will include a breakdown of the purchase, the customer's personal details and delivery address.
The customer must verify all data to avoid errors in delivery addresses, sizes and product quantities. If any error is found, the customer must report it as soon as possible so that Murtra Sport can resolve the problem.
9. Price
The applicable prices are those indicated on the Murtra Sport website on the date of the order. All products include VAT or the tax corresponding to the country in which the purchase is made.
10. Payment
Payment is made in the last step of the purchasing process and is an essential condition for the formalization of the order. After entering the bank details, the user must click on “finalize order”. Payment will be managed through a secure encryption system and under strict banking regulations.

When payment is accepted, the user will receive an email with confirmation and details of the purchase.
11. Shipments
If the product you have purchased is in stock, we will prepare it within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt of your order. This provision only applies to all orders for which payment has been confirmed.
If you have placed your order on a weekend or holiday, we will prepare and ship it the next business day.
The usual delivery time will be 2 business days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email for domestic orders and 12 calendar days for international shipments.
Shipping to Spain and Portugal (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
Shipping cost – €3.50
Shipping cost to the Balearic Islands – €12.50 (with a maximum of 5 kg.)
International Shipping
We do not ship to the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Malta, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City and Liechtenstein.
Shipping cost – 11€
Shipping cost to Sweden and Ireland – €29.2
Shipping costs will be free for purchases exceeding €25 for national peninsular orders and €100 for shipments to the Balearic Islands and international shipments (except Sweden and Ireland).
If the user detects any error in the postal information provided for the delivery of the order, he/she must contact Murtra Sport through our Customer Service or by sending an email to hello@murtrasport.com so that the incident can be resolved as quickly as possible.
Any change of address once the order has been shipped will incur a surcharge equivalent to the cost of shipping.
The user will be able to track their order through the link that we will send them as soon as their product leaves the Industrias Murtra facilities.
11. Gift Cards
Murtra Sport Gift Cards can only be redeemed through the website murtrasport.com.
Gift Cards can be used to pay for the full value or part of the value of the selected item(s). If your online purchase is not fully covered by the Gift Card you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase.
Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Once the validity period expires, Gift Cards cannot be used for purchases, reactivated, and any remaining unused amount will not be refunded.
Gift Cards can be used until the card balance is zero. In case of a return, if you have paid for your order with two different payment methods, you will first receive a refund to your second payment method. For example, if you have paid for your order with a Gift Card and a credit card, we will first refund your credit card. If the value of the items you have returned exceeds the amount paid with the credit card, the remainder will be refunded back to your Gift Card.
The refund period is 14 days, with the full refund of the cost of the card being issued. Under no circumstances will the remaining amount of a purchase made with the Gift Card be refunded.

12. Welcome discount
You can get the welcome discount by registering, via email, for the Murtra Sport newsletter.
By entering your email address, you will receive a discount code that is only applicable to your first purchase after registration and is limited to one use per customer.
To redeem the discount, enter the code indicated in the space provided during the purchase process.
13. Availability of products
If the product you have purchased is in stock, we will prepare it within a maximum of 4 working days after receiving the order. This provision will only be valid for all orders for which payment has been confirmed.
If the user places the order on a weekend or holiday, these days will be added to those previously indicated for the preparation of the order.
In the event of a stock shortage, Murtra Sport will inform the customer immediately to provide a new delivery date or, if the user prefers, to refund the purchase.
14. Right of withdrawal, changes and returns
Right of Withdrawal
The user may withdraw from their purchase without giving any justification within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. Industrias Murtra will provide the necessary information for the correct return of the order and will proceed to refund the amount of the order (except for shipping costs, if applicable) as soon as the receipt and subsequent verification of the returned products is confirmed.
Products must be in the same condition as when received, unopened and in their original packaging. No refund will be made if the product shows signs of use or is not in the same condition as when delivered.
Exchanges and returns
You can exchange or return products purchased on the Murtra Sport website within 14 calendar days from the day the order was received.
In the event that the user is not satisfied with the product received, he/she may exchange it free of charge within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
If the product is damaged or does not match the purchase reference, the user will have the right to return it within 14 days and to a refund of the full amount of the order (shipping costs included). To do so, the customer must duly justify, using photographs, the damage to the product and send it in its original packaging so that Industrias Murtra can carry out a quality control check and subsequently refund the amount. Said refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise.

If the product you have purchased is in stock, we will prepare it within a maximum of 4 working days after receiving the order. This provision will only be valid for all orders for which payment has been confirmed.
If the user places the order on a weekend or holiday, these days will be added to those previously indicated for the preparation of the order.
In the event of a stock shortage, Murtra Sport will inform the customer immediately to provide a new delivery date or, if the user prefers, to refund the purchase.
14. Right of withdrawal, changes and returns
Right of Withdrawal
The user may withdraw from their purchase without giving any justification within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. Industrias Murtra will provide the necessary information for the correct return of the order and will proceed to refund the amount of the order (except for shipping costs, if applicable) as soon as the receipt and subsequent verification of the returned products is confirmed.
Products must be in the same condition as when received, unopened and in their original packaging. No refund will be made if the product shows signs of use or is not in the same condition as when delivered.
Exchanges and returns
You can exchange or return products purchased on the Murtra Sport website within 14 calendar days from the day the order was received.
In the event that the user is not satisfied with the product received, he/she may exchange it free of charge within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
If the product is damaged or does not match the purchase reference, the user will have the right to return it within 14 days and to a refund of the full amount of the order (shipping costs included). To do so, the customer must duly justify, using photographs, the damage to the product and send it in its original packaging so that Industrias Murtra can carry out a quality control check and subsequently refund the amount. Said refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise.
