8. Purchase Process

Users who wish to purchase Murtra Sport products through the Website must be of legal age.
To purchase a Murtra Sport product, the user must browse the website using the menu and categories and select the desired product(s). Then, they simply need to click the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" button to add the product to their basket.
On each product page, the user will find a detailed description: price, materials, applications, dimensions, and maintenance instructions. All published technical data is approximate and subject to change without notice.
Once the user has added their first product to the cart, they can continue browsing the Website and adding more products to their shopping cart.
Once in the shopping cart, the user must click "Checkout" and fill in their personal information, shipping address, and choose a payment method. At this step, the customer can add any necessary information that Industrias Murtra needs to know to ensure their order is processed smoothly.

9. Price

The applicable prices are those shown on the Murtra Sport website on the date of the order. All products include VAT or the tax applicable in the country where the purchase is made.

10. Payment

Payment is made in the final step of the purchase process and is a prerequisite for completing the order. After entering their bank details, the user must click on "complete order." Payment will be processed through a secure encryption system and under strict banking regulations.

11. Shipments

If the product you purchased is in stock, we will prepare it within 24 hours of receiving your order. This timeframe only applies to orders for which payment has been confirmed.
If you placed your order on a weekend or holiday, we will prepare and ship it on the next working day.
The usual delivery time will be 2 business days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email for domestic orders and 12 calendar days for international shipments.
Shipping to Spain and Portugal (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

Shipping cost to the Balearic Islands – €12.50 (with a maximum weight of up to 5 kg.)
International Shipping
We do not ship to the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Malta, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City and Liechtenstein.
Shipping cost – €11
Shipping cost to Sweden and Ireland – €29.20
Shipping costs will be free for orders over €25 for mainland Spain and over €100 for shipments to the Balearic Islands and international destinations (excluding Sweden and Ireland).
If the user detects any error in the postal information provided for the delivery of the order, they should contact Murtra Sport through our Customer Service or by sending an email to hello@murtrasport.com in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Any change of address once the order has been shipped will incur an additional charge equivalent to the shipping cost.
The user will be able to track their order through the link that we will send them as soon as their product leaves the Industrias Murtra facilities.

12. Gift Cards

Murtra Sport Gift Cards can only be redeemed through the website murtrasport.com.
Gift cards can be used to pay for the full or partial value of selected items. If your online purchase is not fully covered by the gift card, you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase.
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Once the validity period has expired, gift cards cannot be used for purchases, reactivated, or refunded for any unused balance.
Gift cards can be used until the balance reaches zero. In the event of a return, if you paid for your order using two different payment methods, you will first receive a refund to your second payment method. For example, if you paid for your order with both a gift card and a credit card, the refund will first be issued to your credit card. If the value of the returned items exceeds the amount paid with the credit card, the remaining balance will be refunded back to your gift card.
The return period is 14 days, during which you will receive a full refund of the card's cost. Under no circumstances will the remaining amount of a purchase made with the gift card be refunded.

13. Welcome discount

You can get the welcome discount by registering, via email, for the Murtra Sport newsletter.
By entering your email address, you will receive a discount code applicable only to your first purchase after registration and is limited to one use per customer.
To redeem the discount, you must enter the indicated code in the space provided for this purpose during the purchase process.

14. Product Availability

If the product you have purchased is in stock, we will prepare it within a maximum of 4 business days after receiving your order. This timeframe only applies to orders for which payment has been confirmed.
If the user places the order on a weekend or holiday, these days will be added to those indicated above for order preparation.
In the event of a stock shortage, Murtra Sport will inform the customer immediately to provide a new delivery date or, if the user prefers, to proceed with a refund of the purchase.

15. Right of withdrawal, exchanges and returns

Right of Withdrawal
The user may cancel their purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. Industrias Murtra will provide the necessary information for the correct return of the order and will proceed to refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs, if applicable) as soon as the returned products are received and inspected.
Products must be returned in the same condition as when received, unopened and in their original packaging. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use or is not in the same condition as when delivered.
Exchanges and returns
You can exchange or return products purchased on the Murtra Sport website within 14 calendar days from the day the order was received.
If the user is not satisfied with the product received, they may exchange it free of charge within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
If the product is damaged or does not match the purchase reference, the user is entitled to return it within 14 days and receive a full refund (including shipping costs). To do so, the customer must provide photographic evidence of the damage and return the product in its original packaging so that Industrias Murtra can carry out a quality control inspection and issue the refund. The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned merchandise.
