Shipping policy
- Shipments
The delivery time will be a maximum of 4 business days from receipt of the order confirmation email for national shipments and 15 calendar days for international shipments.
Shipments Spain and Portugal (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
Shipping cost – €3.50
Shipping cost to the Balearic Islands – €12.50 (with a maximum of up to 5 kg.)
International deliveries
No shipments are made to the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Malta, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City and Liechtenstein.
Shipping cost – €11
Shipping cost to Sweden and Ireland – €29.2
Shipping costs will be free when exceeding €25 of purchase for peninsular national orders and €100 of purchase for shipments to the Balearic Islands and international shipments (except Sweden and Ireland).
If the user detects any failure in the postal information provided for the delivery of the order, he should contact Murtra Sport through our Customer Service or by sending an email to the address hello@murtrasport.com in order to resolve the incident as quickly as possible.
Any change of address once the order has been dispatched will entail a surcharge equivalent to the cost of the shipment.
The user will be able to track their order through the link that we will send them as soon as their product leaves the facilities of Industrias Murtra.
